Originally from the Washington, DC area, Lisa has been a resident of Santa Barbara for over 17 years. Prior to settling on the West Coast, she attained her B.A. at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Her experience in relocation helps her to understand the needs of clients moving to the area. She enjoys connecting clients with the best resources and people that make Santa Barbara and the Central Coast so unique and wonderful.
Lisa has over fifteen years of business experience in management, special event coordination and public relations in the Santa Barbara area. While working full time as a Director for a local non-profit, she attained her MBA at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, successfully managing a work, school, and life balance. Presently, she is the business owner of Considerate Done, a concierge company that specializes in business relocation. Her concierge team guides newcomers through the entire relocation process from introductory tour of neighborhoods to meeting the moving truck and unpacking boxes. The experience gained through Considerate Done made the decision to become a Realtor a natural fit.
Lisa is a member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Professional Organizers and Leadership Santa Barbara.
Lisa is an active participant in Nite Moves and running events. She is a parent volunteer at both Monroe and Washington Elementary. And, she is on the planning committee for an annual GGB charity event that raises donations for a local non-profit each December.
Diane is a graduate of UCLA where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Her early career in banking included 11 years in Beverly Hills as a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer and Branch Manager working with high net worth individuals.
Other business experience includes finance, office management, bookkeeping, organizational systems and estate care. Diane has lived in Santa Barbara for over 17 years and enjoys using her extensive business experience, local contacts and attention to detail to help professionals and absentee home owners to find peace of mind. She is married with two talented teenagers.
