  • Seasonal checks on property during inclement weather to report any issues (full property checks before and after storms, heat waves) to cover/uncover furniture, check for leaks and mud slides

Our Team

Brady

Brady grew up in Bakersfield, California, and spent much of her adult life between Northern and Southern California. Eventually, she chose Santa Barbara to pursue her creative passions at the Brooks Institute of Photography. It was there she met her husband, and together they raised two boys near the ocean on the Mesa. They successfully operated a photography studio, traveling the world for various projects. BB Photography specialized in boutique weddings and events, excelling under the high pressure of luxury estates and hotels. She then spent time working as a personal assistant for a high profile client and after, like Holly, moved into the vacation rental space where she has spent the last few years. Brady’s work ethic and attention to detail made her the perfect fit for a home concierge project which led to the creation of Considerate Done with Holly. Together they are excited to alleviate the stress and burden of everyday tasks and home projects for their clients and make life a little easier! 

Holly

After growing up in Pacific Palisades, Holly moved to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB in 1993 and knew she found her forever home. Settling into the Mesa neighborhood her junior year, a community she has called home with her husband and three children for over 25 years, she has an arsenal of local knowledge and experience. With a background in fashion and real estate, she transitioned into the luxury vacation rental and property management space for several years before a chance opportunity with one of her best friends became the genesis of a home concierge concept. With a growing number of people from out of the area making Santa Barbara their second home, Brady and Holly quickly realized that they could combine their love of real estate, attention to detail and customer experience skills to make Considerate Done SB a reality. Whether you live out of the area or just simply want to lock it and leave it, let us take care of all your lifestyle and property management needs. Please consider us and Considerate Done!
